If you were ever unsure about the point of campaigning for change, here’s one for you.
Thanks to the efforts of thousands of supporters, the government has agreed to make sure UK companies say how much their carbon emissions are each year in their annual reports as part of the climate change bill currently being debated in Parliament.

This will make a huge difference to lowering Britain’s carbon emissions.

This victory shows that when people come together to press for change, they really can make a difference.

But there’s still lots to do.
