Me, Myself, and I: Hello everyone! Yes, I am the REAL Cat Weatherill! Some of you might have read my books... Some of you might have seen me LIVE. I tell stories in all kinds of places (including haunted houses!) Not just in the UK either - I've just come back from a trip to Denmark where I performed at a wonderful little club called the StoryBaZaar.

I've written five novels so far. Three of them are published by Puffin - BARKBELLY, SNOWBONE and WILD MAGIC. You can buy them from Amazon.co.uk and from bookshops. Two of my books are still caught up in the publishing process (it takes so long... zzzz...) They are called THE HAIRY MARYS and BINDY AND THE BOX OF WONDERS. And I'm in the middle of writing another book right now (a bit of a scary one)

I've joined Bebo because I really want a place where you can write to me easily. I know some of you have questions you'd like to ask about my books and your own writing. So write away! I'd like lots of friends too, so don't be shy!!

Oh dear... I said I was going to be writing here on Bebo and I haven't done anything. There is a simple reason for this - I'm addicted to Facebook! That's where everyone seems to be. I'm on Twitter too, but I don't write much there either...

great news!

My book THE HAIRY MARYS is going to be published! I'm so pleased - I finished writing it a year ago! Everything in the book business takes soooo long....

snowbound!

I was supposed to be visiting Llandrindod Wells CP School today, but I can't get there - too much snow!! So I've been sitting in my office, with my littlest dog on my knee, joining Bebo. Cat x
