So I heard this song and I thought it really, REALLY fits Primeval's sweetest couple. No not Conner/Abby (they're Primeval's cutest) but Nick Cutter and Ms. Claudia Brown. Then of course something goes wrong and we now have Jenny. Nick has to start all over again with Jenny and has trouble forgetting Claudia. He tries to separate his life now and the past but its hard. He will always long for the past, the life with Claudia in it, which is now only a dream...Hence, the song theme, "it was only just a dream". Actually now that I think about it, it also applies to Jenny losing Nick. Her relationship with him is sad too when Nick died...just a thought. Song: Just a Dream (covered by Jeff Hendrick, Krista Nicole and Eppic) - I tried to do it with the original song but the mood didn't fit as well as this one.
