Glasgow Acting Academy

The Glasgow Acting Academy offers young people the opportunity to learn and develop techniques in all aspects of acting, musical theatre and the performing arts in a fun and safe envirnonment. In other words it rocks ; )

GAA runs classes each week in both Acting and Musical Theatre. Classes are 3 hours long and are run on an ongoing basis weeknights and weekends throughout the year.

So join our group if you a an uber cool GAA-er, or if you simply think we are amense. ; ) x

  • Xmas & New Year Holidays


    Hi All

    Just to keep everyone up-to-date with regards to the Xmas and New Year break. The Acting Academy will finish classes on Thursday the 24th of December and will return on Saturday the 9th of January.

    We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work, commitment and effort this year and hope that we will continue to see this in 2010. We hope that everyone enjoys the break and will come back with renewed vigour for what promises to be a very exciting year.

  • Film School 2009: "Fort Knox - The Heist"

    The finished version of this years Film School - "Fort Knox - The Heist" is now complete.

    There will be a premier of the film at the Glasgow Film Theatre on Saturday 12th of December, but meanwhile you can view some of the behind the scenes footage on the video motionbox below. - Enjoy

    Students who wish to attend the premier should contact the office on 0141 222 2942 to book tickets and order their DVD copy of the film.

  • Winter Rep Season 2009

    We would like to thank and congratulate everyone for their hard work and performances in the second half of this years rep season 2009.

    Alll of the classes worked very hard and should be proud of the performances and effort that they contributed.
