Me, Myself, and I: Dr.M'z is a full time youth drop-in center in the centre of Carmarthen West Wales.

We Provide:
· An information shop
· Digilab - A free to use suit of computers with internet access and free printing. Workshops and help on everything from word-processing to video and music editing.
· Health And Wellbeing Project - Drop-in advice service, stop smoking support, condom distribution (safe zone) and relationship advice.
· Basic Skills Project - Support with basic skills (reading and writing) Job skills and life skills
· Arts Workshops
· DJ Workshops
· Outdoor pursuits
· Activity Holidays
· Chill out with Pool table, snack machines and Digital TV.

Opening Times
The Info-shop and Digilab are both available during Drop-in times

Monday - Drop-in 4pm-8pm
Thursday - Drop-in 4pm-8pm
Saturday - Drop-in 11:30am-5:30pm
