- In a nutshell, it's building an online web-presence for artists/bands/record labels and small businesses on a budget. This involves a website, and a selected range of social networks which fit together with the appropriate tools, so that they can advertise their brand and products with as near to maximum efficiency as possible. Whilst at the same time, not being so technical so that they can't operate it by themselves.
