PBW RETURN TO AIRDRIE TOWN HALL FOR FINAL SHOW OF THE YEAR
This December Premier British Wrestling will once again return to Airdrie Town Hall as we present our final show of 2009. Doors will open at 7pm with the show starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling the box office on 01698403120.
EL LIGERO RETURNS TO PBW FOR FIRST TIME IN OVER A YEAR
After sitting out most of 2009 due to an injury El Ligero is on the mend and has informed PBW management that he is ready to return to Scotland. It would have been a crime to have seen the whole of 2009 pass by without having such a tremendous talent appear at PBW at least once. PBW owner Ross Watson has stated that it will be great to have El Ligero make his PBW comeback at Airdrie and is already considering various match options for him.
MARK ANDREWS RETURNS
I can now confirm that the first match signed will feature two men who made a huge impression at Maximum Impact. These two men are on the verge of breaking out all over the UK and PBW is happy to once again give them the chance to showcase their awesome talents. At Airdrie Town Hall on December 4th we will see Noam Dar vs 'The Lightning Kid' Mark Andrews.
SOUTH TO FACE SINGLES CHALLENGE OF A LIFETIME
After Maximum Impact 2009 Sean South informed PBW management that he had been let down to many times by tag partners and asked to be considered for singles bookings, at the same time South seemed to issue a challenge to PBW owner Ross Waston to find him a challenge as he 'wants to prove himself in teh singles division'. Well that challenge has been found and will take place on December 4th live from Airdrie Town Hall when Sean South takes on the man monster Johnny Moss for the first time ever in PBW.
STONE RETURNS WITH REVENGE ON HIS MIND
Martin Stone will once again return to PBW on December 4th. At the moment Stone does not have a scheduled match although he has been bombarding the PBW office with emails, txts and even a letter requesting a rematch at Lionhearts PBW title. More on this as it developes.
December 4th is shaping up to be another great night for PBW and Scottish wrestling with both Martin Stone and El Ligero set to return to PBW. Plus to huge matches already confirmed:
'The Lightning Kid' Mark Andrews vs Noam Dar
'The Vigilante' Johnny Moss vs Sean South0 Comments 17 days

Maximum Impact 2009 Review :)
PBW management would just like to say a big thankyou to everyone who turned out and made Maximum Impact 2009 our best show to date. Also thankyou to all the wrestlers and staff who worked really hard to make the night a huge success.
OFFICIAL RESULTS
Attendance - 675
LIAM THOMSON BT WOLFGANG
Thomson beats Wolfgang in this one using the ropes to keep Wolfgang down for the 3. Great opening match by two of Scotlands finest wrestlers which instantly set the high standard of wrestling that the fans could expect to see for the rest of the evening.
'THE HIGHLANDER' COLIN MCKAY, 'THE LIGHTNING KID' MARK ANDREWS & J HAZARD BT ANDY WILD, RED LIGHTNING & JUSTIN THORNE
The second match for the evening was a 6 man tag contest with Team Lightning taking on Team Highlander. The fans in Irvine hated Lightning and his team mates and went crazy when Highlander picked up the victory for his team.
PBW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH - NO DQ
HIGH ENERGY(CJ HUNTER & JOHNNY STAR) BT SEAN SOUTH AND LOGAN STORM
Next up we had the tag titles on the line with Logan Storm taking the place of the injured Jordan Devlin. What followed was a brutal match that saw tables and chairs get brought into play. High Energy picked up the win to become x2 PBW tag team champions. After the match Storm attacked the new champions from behind and demanded Sean South join in the assualt. South however had other ideas and layed Storm out with a belt shot before handing the new champions their titles. Sean South has since informed PBW management that he wishes High Energy all the best as new champions and that he wants to be tested as a singles wrestler and has asked PBW owner Ross Watson to find him a challenge for December 4th in Airdrie Town hall.
DARKSIDE WITH CHARLES BODDINGTON BT KEVIN THORN
The first half main event kicked of with Charles Boddington on the mic only to be cut of by Thorns music. The atmosphere was electric as Thorn headed to the ring. After some stalling by a somewhat reluctant Darkside the action got underway and what followed was an awesome match that kept fans on the edge of their seats. In the end up Charles Boddington proved the difference maker distracting the referee so Darkside could throw powder in the eyes of Thorn to pick up the 3 count. Thorn however had the last laugh when he got his revenge on Boddington by spraying the red mist on him to the delight of the Irvine crowd.
KING OF CRUISERS 2009
BUBBLEGUM BT NOAM DAR, BINGO BALANCE, JOEY HAYES, FALCON AND BT GUNN
Amazing stuff from all 6 men involved with Bubblegum picking up the victory to become King Of Crusiers for the second time. Also a great showing from 16 year old Noam Dar who is fastly becoming the one to watch in Scotland. Many people will buy the DVD just to see this match alone.
CARMEL & SARA BT ROXI & NIKKI STORM
Great womans action that featured Scotlands top 3 female performers and the returning Roxi. Carmel has came a long way since the very first Maximum Impact in 2007 when she faced Lisa Fury and it showed here.
PBW CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
LIONHEART BT MARTIN STONE
A main event worthy of any show featuring two of The UKs finest go at it for over 20min. Martin Stone came very close on more than one occasion to becoming new champion but it was to be Lionhearts night with the Champion managing to retain his title.
Thankyou again to all the great fans who made Maximum Impact 2009 such a success. Pictures will be put online shortly and also keep an eye on the PBW Youtube channel(www.youtube.com/PBWVideoChannel) as the latest entrance videos will be added soon.0 Comments 19 days

PBW management have been working around the clock to ensure that the finest talent from these shores is booked to appear at this event and can also now proudly announce that making his independent debut in Scotland will be none other than former WWE/ECW Superstar KEVIN THORN.

Upon hearing the news one man has already stepped forward and requested a match with Thorn. A man who just this past May beat US indie star Matt Cross in Airdrie Town Hall and has since christened himself 'The Import Killer'. He is none other than Scottish Star DARKSIDE. Add to that the presence of manager Charles Boddington at ringside, it looks set to be a tough night for the former WWE superstar on his PBW debut.

Clubland comes to Glasgow Friday 30th October Halloween special. Only 2 weeks to go....
Comment sent from Commentorhi great show i got sum fan pics if u want take a look nd take them
That show was brilliant...only bit that was disappointing was some of the vile comments coming from the crowd during the main event, I felt like I was trapped in Braveheart.
But apart from that great show...can't wait for 2010 to see PBW once again grow in strength
