have you spoken to people within both forces about the lifestyle they offer? You could also speak to an AFCO as they will probably be able to help
Hey, i am torn between joining the RAF as a ATC Officer and joining the Royal Navy as one, what does the RAF have to offer that the Navy Does not?

there is all sorts of information there about the different jobs you could do and how you go about applying.
