we are proud to be part of a large network of Muay Thai Gyms and associations who all work together to promote the sport we all love. we encourage an ethos of hard work which brings its own rewards, the club is friendly and open to anyone regardless of fitness or ability.
the kids classes are kept separate from the adults and during most we have a CPO in attendance

Seminar,
On the 20th of December the legendary Chanoy Pon Tawee will be coaching at the gym Chanoy is an elbow specialist and beat Ramon Dekkers in 1993.

Sunday Service
From this Sunday thier will be an open session in the gym, from 11-12.30. John McCluskey will be thier to take the fees, Adult £3 and under 16's £2.
There will be no coaching at this session, you will be responsible for your own training. the sessions will be open to anyone, so mind your manners guys, you know where the pads are, get to work. and dont ask the boxers or Kung Fu guys to spar

both Josh and Connor were beaten on Saturday, their opponents were by no means any better but simple mistakes made, cost both guys their fights, lessons can be learned and both will come back stronger
