- Hi, we at irishkenpo are a group of people dedicated to spreading the Martial Art of Kenpo Karate.
We currently have three clubs at Coolock, Wed--Fri (ch) 7.00-8.00 & (ad) 8.00-9.30
Kinsealy Tues,Thurs 7.00-8.00
Ballinteer Mon &Thurs , 7.00-8.00
The Coolock club is run by Mr Jason O Keeffe ,our Chief Instructor, and is in the Scout hall.
Kinsealy club can be found in St nicholas of Myra school, and is run by Mr Tommy Mc Donald.
Ballinteer club is run by Mr Nigle Byrne ,and is held in St Johns GAA Club.

Competition
Just to let all members know that there is a competition being held in St Monicas center in Edenmore on the 8th November. As well as that a grading will also be held on the same day. This comp and grading is open to all students, contact your Instructors for more details
The grading takes place at 9am and the sparring will start at 10.15 sharp. The sparring will have team events and open sparring. Please be in attendence 15 mins before your event.

Gradings
Congrats to Ciara Folan and James Willbee on getting their grades at a grading held in the Coolock club on Friday 28th August 2009. James got his Orange belt and Ciara got her Purple tip.
