Terms & Conditions

1. The ‘Underdog Show’ (“Competition”) is open from 11th September 2008 until 17:00 on 31 October 2008 (“Competition Period”) and operated by Virgin Media Television Limited, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA (“VMTV”).

2. The Competition is open to all UK and Eire residents, excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of VMTV or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition (“Players”).

3. By entering the Competition, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of VMTV.

4. You may enter the Competition by becoming a fan of LIVING’s Bebo page for ‘The Underdog Show’ URL: www.bebo.com/theunderdogshow and uploading a picture of your dog.

5. There will be 10 (ten) winning entries which will be the first 10 (ten) entries drawn at random from the picture entries on www.bebo.com/theunderdogshow (“Winners”). The decision by VMTV as to the determination of the Winners shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. VMTV accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. Confirmation of sending an entry via phone or ETV is not proof of entry, nor does it constitute receipt. All entries must be received by VMTV by 17.00 on 31 October 2008 (“Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

7. The Prize: The Winners will each receive 1 (one) branded dog collar (branded with ‘The Underdog Show’ and LIVING).

8. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which VMTV is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.

9. The Winners may be announced on LIVING’s Bebo page for ‘The Underdog Show’. URL: www.bebo.com/theunderdogshow. The Winners will then be contacted via their Bebo user accounts with a request for the Winner’s address for prize fulfilment purposes.. In the event that a Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 4 (four) days of receiving notification, then VMTV reserves the right to substitute them with another Player of its choice.

10. The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. VMTV may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

11. The name and county of the Winners can be obtained by writing to VMTV at the address set out in paragraph 1 (above), enclosing a stamped addressed envelope,

12. The Winners agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by VMTV. The Winners agree to the publication of their respective name and county as referred to in paragraph 11 above.

13. The details that you provide in connection with the Competition will be held by VMTV. Your name, address, location, email address and other relevant information you provide will only be used by VMTV for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Competition and Prize draw and to arrange the Prize unless you consent otherwise. Other information provided will be aggregated in the form of statistics to identify trends and your name will remain anonymous.
