We are located in Jacksonville, Florida, a beautiful city in North Florida near the ocean where summers are warm and winters are mild. Our practice specializes in the medical and surgical correction, treatment and diagnosis of eye muscle disorders in Children and Adults. We also specializse in revision eye muscle surgery. - Our patient base is mostly adults and children with eye motility disorders. We also specialize in diagnosis and treatment of diplopia, otherwise known as double vision. Although these are our major specialties, our practice also provides Comprehensive and Routine Eye Care to Children and Adults. We provide optical prescriptions for glasses and perform refraction testing. Our practice participates with most major medical insurance products including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Options, Health Options, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Tricare, First Health, Beech Street Network, CCN and many others. - The double vision aspect of our practice is one of the most rewarding. We find that the diagnosis of double vision can be very challenging and we work closely with neurologists and cardiologists to isolate the cause, which in many cases involves an underlying medical disorder. Once treated, we can also provided surgical and optical services including prism glasses to help people eliminate their double vision.

- This practice has been on local Television in Jacksonville, on the former Nancy Ruben show on the local NBC affiliate. We are proud of our accomplishments which range from saving lives in diagosis of serious disease which range from brain tumors, aneurysms and stroke to providing the most routine care to patients who require regular comprehensive care.
