- Celebrity portrait photographer and co-founder of hip magazine Dazed & Confused, Rankin takes fledgling snapper Naomi on as his debutante – and throws her straight in the deep end.
Rankin sets Naomi her challenge, to produce a photo worthy of a Rankin cover shot.
As the most harsh critic of other photographers, Naomi is forced to step outside her comfort zone, re-think her way of taking photos and realise what it takes if she is to reach her childhood dream of making a career from her passion.

- i love all types of music, and can happily listen to everything. i was brought up on classical music, soul and traditional south african music.
However, now the music that i listen to the most is rap music, particulaly old school such as A Tribe Called Quest. I love DJ Jazzy Jeff productions and listen to a lot of neo soul, with artists such as Jill Scott and Erykah Badu. - Films
- I have a top five favourite films in no particular order. these are A Green Mile, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Pride and Prejudice, Enter the Dragon, Robin Hood-Prince of Thieves
- Sports
- I'm not really the sportiest of people, but i do love a bit of tennis...mainly watching it hehe. I love watching skateboarding, i easily get lost in it, and it was this sport that was on of the reasons I became serious about photography.
- Happiest When
- Singing, dancing, taking photos...when Im with my friends and family, and outdoors. Its lovely to go to the countryside n see the stars in all their glory with no street lights...its beautiful.
