Songwriting and Gig Preparations
Hello.
Recently I have been working my "erse" off trying to write lyrics for two songs we are playing at the Crimson Tide gig.
Today I managed to sort them out! So a full on Zed to everyone and a special Zee for Isaac lol.....
The tunes we are going to be playing at the gig are as follows:
1) In My Dreams
2) Once More (Without The Feeling)
3) Silent. Ecstatic. Times <------This bastard has been causing lyrical troubles!
4) Landed On The Sun <------ Him Too!
5) This Is What Happens When An Unstoppable Force Meets An Immovable Object
6) Failed The Hero
They are all originals and written by the vocalist..... lol
Still the other guys have a massive input into them so keen!

FTH began as a nameless duo; Colin & Duck switching between guitar and drums showing each other songs they had pieced together. After a while they figured this may have some potential and they should play these songs to others and see what reaction they got.
It was still a while before Ramsay was added to the mix. After having a few people participate in a jam now and then Ramsay's previous band experience and good friendship with the pair made him a favourite.
It seemed certain when he accepted to join the band they would therefor become a power trio. The creative juices came flooding with new material weekly, now and then adding a forth member to see what benifits this would add as Olin began adding vox, and toying with possible band names.
Mack was then added as the lead, so that Olin could focus on vocals more. Then when the final touches were added, and Duck ran out of excuses, they decided it was time to hit the gig scene.0 Comments 359 days

Na, Was guna be down in Edin for new year cos i had to work a day or 2 before it so decided rather than travelling all the way back up to Thurso for new year thot id just stay in Edin.
But now i dont need to work those 1 or 2 days so im just guna stay in Thurso.
Was saying to craig that if we get alot of snow over xmas and new year then we'll need to get e tractor tyre on e go again on e drive lol
