Hot Leg is a brand new musical group featuring Justin 'Dave' Hawkins, former lead singer/lead guitarist/lead songwriter of The Darkness. Hot Leg are an entirely hairier beast, and they make really really brilliant rock music.
Hawkins' patented 'Truth Larynx' is the perfect foil to the 6-stringed rapier of Pete 'Liquid Guitar Hands' Rinaldi, the Axemeister General. Meanwhile Samuel SJ Stokes and Darby Todd have emulsified into one muscular unit now known only as 'The PowerZone'.
Four men with at least one machine apiece operating in pitch-perfect harmony. Who could ask for more?

I've Met Jesus
Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday to support us at Sister Ray and the Gibson show room. We had a great day and it was the perfect way to celebrate the release of our first single.

Seasonal Spectacular!
Monday 15th December 2008 is shaping up to be one of the most significant dates in the Man Rock calendar.
Aside from the release of I've Met Jesus, Hot Leg's first ever physical single (available here: http://www.townsend-records.co.uk/hotleg in the UK or here: https://fan.musicglue.com/sale/SaleP... FF-610C2160CF6A for everywhere else) the Leg are helping Gibson to launch the new 'Darkfire' guitar at Madame Tussauds with a very short music concert at 9am! Sadly this event is not open to the public.
However, you can catch the Leg at Sister Ray, 34-35 Berwick Street, London W1V 8RP at 1pm. We'll be playing 4-5 songs for your listening delight, plus we'll be available to sign your Hot Leg purchases.
The day reaches a climactic finale when we perform yet another music concert at the Gibson offices. There'll be mince pies and other seasonal treats from 6pm 'til 8pm. Our performance will begin at 7.30pm but tickets are very limited, so email martin@1917corp.com if you'd like to witness the Leg's Seasonal Spectacular!
