***TWILIGHT QUESTIONS***
Q: Do you know if Breaking Dawn will be a movie?
Breaking Dawn has not yet been confirmed by SUMMIT to be a movie yet. However, there are subtle hints such as the Twilight site where a BD tab has been included. The producers are in talks about it. Some says that BD won't be a movie-- some says that it's best if BD doesn't become a movie-- Some have already been discussing whether BD should be two movies or not, and whether it'll stick to the book's main plot/genre.
In a Oct-Nov interview, Chris Weitz said that if New Moon was successful, in terms of the fans liking his directing style, SUMMIT shall consider him as a potential director for Breaking Dawn. There are a lot of rumours that Breaking Dawn will start filming in 2010/2011, but no official news yet.
We'll keep you posted when we know.
Q: Do you know if Midnight sun will be released?
In a 2008 November interview, Meyer has said that she will eventually release Midnight Sun in two years, after everybody has forgotten about the leaking controversy of Midnight Sun's drafts, prior to BD's release. Later, in a Twilight Borders event, a question was raised to Meyer, who was a special guest at the event, and Meyer says that it will definitely be released. No news or confirmation of its release date yet.

Q: Do you do skin requests?
I only make skins for the group. Why, you may ask? Well, everyone seems to like my skins, and I know that once i open skin-requests, everyone will badger me to make skins for them.
Making skins, is not only just "making skins". Creating skins is like ART. You can't rush them, and make them plain or low-quality. I take pride in my skins, so it takes a long time to do them (a min of 2-3hrs). If I constantly make nonsensical and unreputable skins, it'll make me lose interest in Twilight and Art even more.
I'm the only mod on the group who makes the skins-- I am also a full time student at uni, and have increasing commitments to other things as well. Hence, I don't do any skin requests. I'll only do personalised skins, for those who comes in the top three places in our competitions =)
Q: Which programs do you use for your skins?
I use normal PaintShopPro for the skins. You can use any photoshopping/graphic-design programs for the skins, as long as it meets the requirements. You don't have to be an awesome pro at it either. Keep practising!
Q: Where are you guys? You guys seem to disappear at particular times ...
Good question! We are all busy with our education, social life, commitments and getting a life! We do not spend our entire lives on this group, or the Internet! You'd be surprised how much work and time goes into a group.Oh, and net cappage is to be blamed too =)
Why are there increasing rumours that you guys would be demolishing this site?
Yes, due to our increasing commitments to the real world,and certain issues in regards to the Twilight world itself-- we have considered to kill this group. We also believe that our efforts are not appreciated enough and also not viewed much, hence, our decision has altered (a lot) to keep this group.
However, like our motto says, we strive to provide the best of news for you guys as much as we can.However, if the right time comes, we will kill it for sure.

TWILIGHT DOCUMENTARY
Releasing on October 15
It’s a documentary about the town and the impact of the ‘Twilight’ phenomenon on the town. It’s a DVD that is shot in full HD. The producers of this film will be documenting on the Town, and also interviewing some of the real people and see some of the real places that was featured in the film.
OFFICIAL TWILIGHT CONVENTION (3 YEARS)
The Official TWILIGHT Fan Conventions will feature on-stage appearances by TWILIGHT celebrities, exclusive footage screenings, panel discussions, TWILIGHT themed parties, musical performances, costume and trivia competitions, auctions, autographing, merchandising, and photo opportunities.

Your thoughts? SUMMIT divided over whether BD should be in 2 parts or not + NM mistakes
According to a new article, SUMMIT is already working to adapt "Breaking Dawn" into a movie.
The studio is currently deciding whether or not it's best to split BD into two movies just like what Warner Bros is doing with the last Harry Potter DH book into 2 films (for those HP fans who does not know).
Summit is hoping that Chris Weitz, NM director, will return to direct both parts.
However, there are problems.
# SUMMIT would have to negotiate new deals with the Trio. Kstew, Rpattz and Taylor only signed on to do 4 films, not 5.
# How will they transfer the complex and graphic storylines in "Breaking Dawn" to the big screen?
# The twilight fandom is divided over Breaking Dawn the book-- even the biggest fans of the series hates it. Some has completely lost faith in the series altogether.
So naturally, if this movie goes ahead, it will pose a LOT of problems. We're talking about boycotting, threats and blackmailing Summit.

Anyone in procrastination/bored mode? Well, you can indulge yourself in this list of NEW MOON MISTAKES that people has gathered
Here are some of them:
# When Bella is in the parking lot at school in the beginning, Edward walks toward her. Bella's hair is neatly pulled off to the side. When he leans in for the kiss it is suddenly stuck to her forehead, and when Edward tells her Jacob wants her, it's suddenly back to normal
# Continuity: In the scene where Bella jumps off the cliff, Bella's eyes are brown before jumping but are blue/green when she surfaces in the water and then back to brown in the underwater and shore scenes.
# Right before Jacob comes through Bella's window, it shows her sleeping and "dreaming" of Victoria coming to get her. If you look, the camera really focuses on the dreamcatcher and how it's hanging above her on the bedpost. It is hanging off to the side of the middle hump. Immediately, Jacob comes through her window and focuses in on the dreamcatcher hanging on the bedpost which is now neatly hanging in a completely different way, perfectly laid over the center of the bedpost
# Visible crew/equipment: In the very last scene, right before the ultimatum, if you look into the tail lights on Edward's car you can see various members of the crew reflected

Summit recently released a statement, saying that they are 'looking forward' to the prospect of planning and making Breaking Dawn movie, but it has, however, not confirmed anything.
Variety has a new article that sums up a lot of the rumors that have been swirling about Breaking Dawn lately.
Will it be made? Will it be two movies? Who will direct? Is the full cast returning?
"One of those hurdles is figuring out whether “New Moon” director Chris Weitz will respond favorably to overtures from the film company and the cast to shoot two more films, back to back.
Summit execs would not comment, but multiple sources said the company wants to go the two-film route, which means reopening negotiations and securing approval from the author. It also means making new deals with a principal cast that is only locked up for four films. If “Breaking Dawn” becomes two pictures, all of the key cast members will get fat raises, and the three principals — Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner — could land paydays in the eight-figure range."

# Jacob giving Bella the Dreamcatcher
In one narrative device Melissa is particularly proud of, Jacob gives Bella a Quileute trinket meant to capture bad dreams — although, judging by all those late-night shots of Kristen Stewart in tears, it doesn't work very well. "One of my favorite things is the dream-catcher that Jacob gives Bella," the screenwriter said. "It's the first time that we see Jacob, and I wanted to establish his and Bella's relationship, his sort-of crush. [The gift establishes] her affection for him and Edward's jealousy of him. So I had the idea that he brought her a little birthday gift and came up with the dream-catcher, which would be true to his culture but also to the theme of the movie; there's a lot of dreams in this movie. That, I thought, played well."

# Harry Clearwater's death
Although he's a relatively minor character, the death of Quileute elder Harry Clearwater sets off a pivotal chain of events in the "Twilight" world. In Meyer's "New Moon" novel, Charlie Swan's friend dies of a heart attack. In the movie, the sight of vixen vampire Victoria kills him. So why the switch? "Well, in the book, Harry Clearwater's heart attack is mentioned as something that happens offscreen, although it plays a crucial part of the structure of the books. It's what gets Edward going to the Volturi, after he calls Charlie and then Jacob answers and says, 'Charlie's at a funeral,' " she explained. "That launches the entire third act of the movie. ... That just gave me the idea 'Stephenie doesn't specify what causes the heart attack,' so I decided that it could be caused by something startling him. It could be caused by fear. That was a way to keep Victoria alive. Chirs Weitz gave out some DVD details for New Moon which will be released somewhere in the first quarter of 2010. Weitz has revealed that Robert, Kristen, Taylor and himself would be doing the commentary for the DVD.
"There will be probably about 20 minutes of deleted material,” he explained, promising some meaty footage. “It really is good stuff and a bonus for the fans.”
Bonus footages that did not make the New Moon cut, includes:
»A scene with Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria driving to Forks in a car, snacking on a dead human. It was one of the final moments the actress filmed as the nomadic vampire.
» A scene with the human characters eating Burger King.
»Another scene with the humans, this time with Justin Chon and Michael Welch expressing jealousy over Edward’s car.
»More scenes with the Volturi in Italy.
» An extended cut of the scene where Mike Newton quotes Shakespeare to Bella in the Forks High parking lot; in it, he does a Marlon Brando impersonation.
» Scenes alluding to the ongoing breakup between Newton & Jessica.

What are your thoughts on Meyer's response??? >>>
I've found that there really isn't any answer I can give that changes the substance or tenor of the myriads of requests, pleadings, and demands I get for Midnight Sun to be finished, so I feel a little silly answering that question at all. But it's the most popular question, so I'll take another stab at it.
I am not working on Midnight Sun now. I don't have a plan for when I'll get to it; I don't know now what the right time for it will be.
In your questions, there were some erroneous conclusions about the situation which I'll try to set straight. First, Midnight Sun is not finished and locked in a safe, waiting for me to be done angsting over the leak. If it were done, I would be throwing it on the bookstore shelves myself. I'd love to be able to give it to all the people who are anxiously waiting for it. Second, I am not upset about the leak. I haven't been for a long time; I was over it after about three weeks. Third, and most important, I am not trying to punish anyone. Not the persons who leaked it, not the people who read the leak, nobody. As I said, it would make me very happy to be able to give it to anyone who wants it.
So why the hold up? Because it's not finished and lying in a safe. It's not done, and finishing it is not a simple matter of sitting down in front of my computer and typing out the words; the words have to be there in my head to type out, and right now, they're not. I have to be in the zone to write any story, and trying to force myself into that zone is a waste of time, I've found. I'll get back to Midnight Sun when the story is compelling to me again. Just because people want it so badly does not make it more write-able; kind of the opposite, actually. I need to be alone with a story to write, and Midnight Sun feels really crowded, if you know what I mean.

NM shouldn't have to be like twilight, it's a different book so therefore a different story/movie! People are just being biased with it! They should be open minded!
Might be going to see it next weekend not sure yet though!

yeah, since im pretty much converted to facebook instead of bebonow im not online here so much but i subscribe to the blog (i am not sad....not at all... ) so i visit the group a lot still

tis weird i still dont really get why they all left, its clearly the best group on bebo..
yeah i did try to watch it with a critical eye the second time and ovs there are bits i didnt like but nothing that ruined the film for me.
