You may or may not be aware of the Killie Trust but this is where that will all change, The Kilmarnock Supporters Society Limited (Killie Trust) was constituted in May 2003 and since then has been looking after the interests of the community and how it relates to our club and now in 2008 the Bebo page has arrived and brings the Trust into world of Social Networking and thus into all your own worlds!
On here all Killie trust news and information, photos, videos, everything will be posted and will appear straight onto your homepage so you can keep right up to date with what the Trust is doing for you.

A Night at Merchants......With The Trust
Hot on the heels of several successful events throughout the year the Killie Trust, in association with Killie's own Merchants Restaurant, is bringing you a night to remember on Friday 9th October. The Trust has been looking at ways to integrate with the local business community so a night of top quality food and entertainment means everyone is a winner.
Tickets are priced at a very reasonable £30 per person and any profits on the night will go to the Killie's Youth Development programme via the Fifty for the Future initiative. There won't be auctions or anything but there will be a small raffle with some excellent prizes. We fully expect this event to sell out very quickly so to avoid disappointment call Merchants on 01563 538966 and book your tickets now!

Garry Hays Testimonial Dinner
The Trust have now received a letter from the secretary of Garry Hay's testimonial committee asking if we want to take a table at the upcoming dinner. The event takes place on Sunday 1st November in the Caprington Suite and the speakers are John Gahagan and Alan Kennedy and will be chaired by Tam Cowan. Ally McCoist will also be on hand to do the auction which will include unique mementoes of Garry's career.
We are throwing this open to all Trust members to see who wants to go. Dress will be lounge suits. We need at least four members to secure a table and the cost is £35 each. Killie Trust Presents: Fans v Old Crocks
Kilmarnock Football Club and the Killie Trust are once again joining forces to
bring you the most hotly contested pre-season fixture since...last year. The
Killie Festival takes place on Sunday 9th August and the Fans v Old Crocks match
kicks off at 4pm...and you could be lining up against some of the stars of
yesteryear on the hallowed turf of Rugby Park.
Like last year the bidding will take place on killiefc.com's Auction Action
forum and there will be one squad place up for grabs in each 24 hour period
which started Wednesday 8th July with the goalkeeper position for team
one. There will be two teams of fans, one for each twenty minute half of the
match, therefore 22 places available...so plenty of chances to put a bid in to
strut your stuff.
On the day you will be required to turn up at 3:30pm (in fit and able
condition!) to change into and your kit which will be supplied, and returned, to
the club. You will of course have to bring your own boots, shinnies and talent.
Players will change in the home dressing room and, depending on injuries, play a
minimum of twenty minutes but possibly more at the discretion of the managers.
Please note well that on the day there could well be some transfer activity
prior to kick off with some players being involved in swap deals and having the
chance to play alongside the Old Crocks instead of against them. You will get to
play the position you paid for, just maybe for the other team. Manager Richmond
(that's me) for the Trust and Davie Sneddon for the Old Crocks will sort that
out on the day.
The stadium will be open for families and friends to watch the game and the
whole Killie squad will be there to get revenge for any on pitch abuse they got
last season...and they will be signing autographs in either the Park Suite or
the Caprington Suite after the match has concluded....that would be the actual
squad (and possibly the Old Crocks), not our lot! If we could get a volunteer to
film the event it would be most appreciated, please get in touch.
So that's it then, I'm sure I've probably forgotten something but feel free to
ask any questions about the event you like and I will try and get you an answer.
Hopefully we've ironed out any wee problems we came up against last year and
this year there will be no delays...happy bidding and best of luck...
