DJ Mag Top 100 - Richard Up 25 places to No. 66!
With the regulation amount of glitz, spectacle and ceremony, DJ Magazine unveiled their 2008 Top 100 DJs countdown at the Ministry of Sound last night. Richard has jumped a whacking 25 places up the chart, shifting from 91 in '07 to this year's 66!
We hand over to the man, himself:
"I'd like to say an immense, heartfelt thank you to all the dance fans around the world for your fantastic support throughout 2008 - a year which has delivered so many unexpected and amazing experiences. There have been some very special firsts for me, such as performing at massive, mind-blowing festivals across Europe, tour schedules that have taken me to previously un-chartered dance music hotspots such as Mongolia, an unforgettable introduction to the magic of Ibiza during my residency at Judgment Sundays this summer, and a debut BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. These have been just some of the highlights of a truly memorable year. As we start to think ahead to 2009 I can't even begin to imagine what to expect, but I'm certainly looking forward to sharing some of the music, magic and mystery with as many of you as possible!"0 Comments 373 days
