Has been a rocky road mate. I might need to go under the knife again (and probably soon!!!). I have got my nutrition under control and was getting back to the gym again this week - but might have a medical appointment.
How are things at Centaur? Really missing the place and the feeling it gives when training.
How is Carmel?
New look website looks great. Well done guys...
Hey Paul,
If you ever need an agency down south drop us a line.
We look after a lot of Tracey's crew down this way for work.
Keep up the good work for all at bscene The Agency

Hey man, just wondering, I see you have a good few records under your belt but I can't find any details on what you actually lift in these events.
As a case of interest, if I was 87kg and Im deadlifting 220kg is that any good?
Great page, but you need to advertise yourself some more to maximise your publicity. There's a lot of people out there who want to further themselves but need proof, like what you offer, to see that anything is possible with the right commitment. Congrats on everything so far, I'm sure you have mountains ahead!
