BLITZ AWARDS 2009 Update 7
Just had another presenter confirmed...Coach Rob Orr from the University of Stirling. He'll be coming up along with some of the Universities coaching staff and as well as presenting an award he'll be hosting a question & answer session during half time (in the lounge area) on further education admissions procedures and the universities’ football programme.
Stirling University was voted by the Times newspaper as the number one university in Scotland in 2009. Also it's the nations only designated university for sporting excellence.
Their football programme is also ranked number one in the country, with 5 Scottish divisional pendants, a northern conference title and a national UK championship in the last eight years alone. Plus many of their players and coaches have consistently been selected onto collegiate MVP all-star teams and even to represent Team GB.

BLITZ AWARDS 2009 Update 6
The voice over works all recorded now. Very strange hearing the voice of the XFactor saying 'the Blitz Awards 2009'...Sounds really good though. There's some funny bits for halftime as well so listen out for them!
Also manged to track down some of the original Inverness Blitz players (with the help of Lorraine). So giving them a call tomorrow. Trying to track down as many as I can to come along to the BLITZ AWARDS! So if you know any or are maybe a former player yourself get in touch
