congrats on the work you do,keep it up.i lost my brother3years ago and it tore my life apart,i miss him every min of everyday at times its unbareable,im here if anyone wants2talk.

Anyone who is thinking of suicide i would reckon mend them not to i tried it and it only left me with scares and everyone always stares at them but saying that i get good days and bad days now and again tho if anyone is suicidal yous can write back to me or even write to me in mail

What to do if one famiey member died and u dont talk about the death

Its hard when u try it and the deppression that drives a person to do it. Speakin from my point of that person who tryed it and was in the pits of hell.but it didnt work.that was 4years ago.glad it didnt work though.i just hope all on this page will be ok and find the strenght to carry on.be it thoes who tried to do suicide or the loved ones who have lost someone.the mental health care in this country is shit.the doctors need to listen more.and the stigma of been fed up or deppressed doesnt mean your mental. Theres no such thing as been mental.theres such thing as health problems eg deppression and other illnesses that lead to it.love to everyone .sam xoxoxox
