Terms and Conditions for [Win Tickets to the UK Street Dance Championships In Association with the DVD release of Step Up 2 The Streets

1. The competition is open to UK residents who are aged [13] years or over except employees of Bebo, Inc.(The Promoter) Universal Pictures (UK) Ltd, and their affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

2. All entries must be submitted in the method provided for in these Terms and Conditions. All entries must include the name, address, age, daytime contact telephone number and email address of the entrant.

3. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received and the judge’s decision is final. Prize details below*.

4. Closing date for entry is midnight on 20th July 2008.Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. The winner will be notified by telephone call to the daytime contact telephone number provided for their entry on 21st July 2008. In the event that the Promoter cannot for any reason contact the winner on this date, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner from the correct entries received.

6. You may enter as many times as you like.

7. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize awarded.

8. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the promotion.

10. The winner and their guest will be responsible for their own travel.

11. Winner may be required to take part in publicity associated with this promotion.

12. In administrating this promotion the Promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary and will only use your personal information for the purposes of this promotion.

13. The rules of this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
