Deidara is partnered with Sasori
Kisame is partnered with Itachi...
Zetsu is partnered with Tobi...
Your partner must go on any mission that you are attempting. If one person wants to accept the mission then the partner of that person must do so as well. Only one set of partners can attempt any one mission at at time.
(You can go on the mission alone if your partner has not yet joined Akatsuki.)
