- Erewash Sound is a community radio station JUST for the Derbyshire borough of Erewash, currently broadcasting online only. In April '08, the radio station was granted a full-time FM licence. FM transmissions are scheduled to begin in early 2010.
In the meantime, our online output runs 24 hours a day, to PCs, laptop, home media centres, wi-fi internet radios or macs, Weekend schedules run from Friday at 5:00pm to Sunday at 11pm, with local news on the hour, Sport, Country, Retro, Smooth & Cool, and mainstream programming with our unique mix of favourites of today and yesterday, and regular items of dedicated news and information – JUST for Erewash. Weekdays, hear the same great range of music, plus special features and shows including a repeat of our specialist shows and the Community Hour. All of this is a mere taste of things to come!
