Donald Bain (Bov) - Drums
Forming in late 2007, the band started out with founding members Gregor & former guitarist Davie Gourlay, initially writing material in Davie's spare-room. The decision was then made to recruit some band members. After a couple of months of jamming/rehearsing with a couple of different line-ups, we felt the band was complete - it consisted of Davie, Gregor, Calum & Donald. After many phone-calls and texts looking around the area for another guitarist, the final member finally came in the form of Gary, then the band was complete, MONROW were born…However, after a conflict of interests, in Nov 2008, Davie & the rest of the band parted company, meaning Gregor switching to rhythm & Gary (lead)...2009 looks like being an exciting year for the band, we have our debut EP launch in June & we hope to play as many gigs as possible and to many new towns and people...

EP Launch tonight @ DEXTERS!!!
The time has come! Our debut EP is released officially today and the first launch is at Dexters tonight! Support comes in the form of top local bands THE TWIST, THE SCALIES and SOUTHERN REMEDY, looks like it gonna be a great night, and busy! So, best to get yourselves down there nice and early to enjoy all the bands on show. Doors open 8pm and it is £5 on-the-door...
Anyways, look forward to seeing everyone there, and please don't be shy to say hello and we have plenty E.P's and badges for sale also!
