Me, Myself, and I: I was born and raised in the Philippines, and though my parents split up when I was 14, much of my adolescence was spent in the care of both my mother and father. My entry into the entertainment industry was fortuitous, as I was spotted by a talent scout while skipping school and hanging out at a nearby mall. Following a series of auditions for local commercials and advertisements, I was offered a contract with GMA Network -- one of the biggest television networks in the Philippines -- and I soon made mydebut on a teen program, Click.

My popularity among male viewers skyrocketed after I appeared on the cover of FHM Philippines, and I have since been featured prominently within their pages -- I become a staple in their special 100 Sexiest Women in the World issues and has been ranked first and second on the list.

My burgeoning fame and increased notoriety led to several movie and TV roles, including 2000s Ping Lacson, Supercop, 2004s Singles and 2005s Let the Love Begin.
