Sumatra Earthquake Appeal
The earthquake that struck Sumatra, Indonesia registered 7.6 on the Richter scale and caused hundreds of buildings to collapse in the city of Padang.
“Indonesian authorities fear that 3,000 people may be trapped. Rescuers faced shortages of fuel, water and medical supplies but Indonesia [is] receiving much-needed international aid,” according to the Sydney Morning Post.
Concern is working through its partners on the ground in Sumatra. We are accepting donations that will be used by us or our partners to help those in need.

but you should feel proud of yourself!
No, there's no minimum amount that you have to raise for the Fast. Anything you manage to raise is extremely helpful.
For instance, according to this page on the Concern site

the 70 euro you've already raised helps us to support five families during a drought.
Of course, the more you can raise the better
