Vegetarian Society Of Ireland53 weeks agoI am not sure when the abuse will stop - You'll always have some one who will object to your choices no matter what you'll choose. I took my abuse by laughing it off or not reacting (people love when you react which is why they abuse you in the first place). It is hard to do I know but it has been years since someone in my family/friends have had a veggie go at me they just accept that this is the life I lead. Full Stop. My workmates admire my lovely home cooked meals so maybe the way to their hearts and minds is lovely food. Anyone else have any comments ?

Vegetarian Society Of Ireland66 weeks agoSome people just won't accept you being a veggie no matter what but I think actions speak louder than words if you just smile and laugh at their negative comments they'll soon get tired. Point out all the veggie food they eat if you like but it is just better to carve your own path and become the best veggie cook you can be some hints can be found here http://www.youngveggie.org/
