HMTV DJ VM: 1. Hi Irisha How are you?

Irisha:I’m fine,thanks!

HMTV DJ VM: 2. Where are you from and how did you get started in music?

Irisha:I am from Tajikistan. In when I child I learned to play the accordion in a musical school. I started to sing after a school contest when we moved to Russian. I remember I had a dog Bim, he would sit down in front of me and sing along, while I was getting ready to the contest.

HMTV DJ VM: 3. Are you attending professional music classes currently?

Irisha: I am graduating from Music Academy this year. My specialty is a classical vocal. So I attend professional classes every day, but I dream to work in show business. There is very interesting.

HMTV DJ VM: 4. How is school working out with your time schedule?

Irisha: I usually have vocal classes for an hour and a half every day and a three-hour opera class twice a week. The rest of the time I try to learn a modern vocal manner with Askura_Alexander's help.

HMTV DJ VM: 5. Do you spend lots of time rehearsing before recordings or live performances?

Irisha: Yes, I spend a lot of time at rehearsals for opera classes.Now I am doing the part of Nicklaus in the opera "Goffman Fairy-Tales" by Offenbach.So now I have is the period of very intensive and hard world my musical producer Alexander. As recordings I like to go to sleep and wake up with the music to the new song while preparing and improvise while begin recorded.

HMTV DJ VM: 6. Are you working with other artists currently?

Irisha: In classical vocal music only. I devote much time to opera as this year is my last year at the Academy and it is a very important and serious one.

HMTV DJ VM: 7. Who are your musical influences?
Irisha: Heavenly forces usually...))))))))

HMTV DJ VM: 8. What inspires you to write your songs?

Irisha: I don't write songs myself. They are written for me by Askura Alexander Shkuratov, I only sing them. I am happy, that he composes nice songs personally for me.

HMTV DJ VM: 9. What do you express in your lyrics?

Irisha: Lyrics of songs, it's Askura_Alexander's thoughts. I like his lyrics. The main and most important thing for me in music it is a world with Human emotions. Music itself adds emotions while singing I try to express the truth. I'd like people to believe the feeling the singer is a bridge to them. In my case it is Love.))))))

HMTV DJ VM: 10. What musical instruments do you use to put your lyrics to a music melody?
Irisha: Only my musical producer can answer on this theme, he works with my songs. For me a creation of a musical material is a "dark forest".

HMTV DJ VM: 11. Do you prefer live or studio recording of your music?

Irisha: The studio for me is the main stage. There can be it there is the most important and responsible period in my creativity. As the recorded music is listened to thousand people. If to make successful record, you have more chances of success of a live performance.

HMTV DJ VM: 12. Do you have a home studio?

Irisha: No, I have not a home studio. I love my beautiful ancient grand piano.

HMTV DJ VM: 13. Any new recordings or songs in the works?

Irisha: I've already heard the music of a new ballad Alexander is writing for me. I hope to start working on it soon. I shall give you to know about it, when this song will be ready.

HMTV DJ VM: 14. How is the local music scene in your home-town?

Irisha: In Moscow is thousands various stages. All scenes to not list. But I sometimes prefer to sing in church chorus of one of cathedrals. It helps me to be cleared spiritually. It helps me in a life and creativity.

HMTV DJ VM: 15. Do you have any live performances coming up?
Irisha: I am working on my first album at the moment, so I am going to start concerts only after finishing it.
