I am a Talent Launch Expert and for the last 10 years or so I was helping out Experts (specialists in their fields) to get more quality out of their lives.

I would either help them find better jobs or more interesting projects, and I was paid very good money while doing that.

I was able to help out a lot of Experts, but I also saw a lot of them struggling. So I kept thinking about how I could help more experts become more successful. I’ve witnessed many of my friends and even relatives who I considered to be great Experts trying and even die trying to figure out how to succeed, all in vain. So I knew it was very important, yet very difficult.

And I saw a lot of them give up. But I did not give up and I kept searching.
