Twenty years from its release, we look back at the classic debut, ‘Bleach’. With new interviews from original drummer Chad Channing, producer Jack Endino and Sub Pop boss Bruce Pavitt.

We also have a feature on the the classic film, 'Quadrophenia', we met up with John Lydon as he returns with Public Image Ltd, and, as they release their new album, 'Only Revolutions', we spoke to Scotland's Biffy Clyro.

    The Big Reunion just got bigger with Britain's largest indoor winter music festival expanding its bill yet again. As previously reported, Beardyman and Johnny Foreigner are set to open the festival with sets on November 20th - 21st.     Big news this week was Paul McCartney's planned Xmas gig at London's O2 Arena, his only show this year. Elsewhere Liam Gallagher agreed to a fan question time, Pavement confirmed a gig at the Brixton Academy next year as part of their reunion tour and Julian Casablancas spilt the beans on his forthcoming solo album.

    Clash's New York correspondant filed reviews this week from the three days of CMJ 2009 with The xx, Fanfarlo and Mumford & Sons while Seasick Steve claimed Album of the Week with his 'Man From Another Time'. We also looked at the new album from The Strokes' Julian Casablancas, 'Phrazes For The Young', Biffy Clyro, Spiral Stairs, Portico Quartet, Plum and Kings Of Convenience.

    In Diesel:U:Music land this week, we said 'Ole' with a look at D:U:M's recent trip to Madrid, captured for us in glorious video-scope, Lemonade's 'Big Weekend' was awarded Video of the Week, Pulled Apart By Horses dropped by the D:U:M Radio studios and Clash returned to the airwaves for two hours with special guest Kelpe.

    The new issue of Clash magaine with Dizzee Rascal hit the streets this week. We also snapped U2 as their 360 tour rolled into tour, Kraftwerk were held aloft and scrutinized, The Flaming Lips open the doors of perception, Editors invite us into their studio, and we conduct a VERY weird conversation with Devendra Banhart.     The big news this week came when we spoke to Massive Attack's Daddy G who revealed that they plan to let Burial remix songs from their forthcoming new album. Elsewhere Amy Winehouse's label boss confirmed a new album from the troubled singer while Nordoff Robbins and Ben Sherman announced a special charity auction to sell signed plectrums from Kings Of Leon, Razorlight and more.
