- Hi We are the NADYS. Newick Amateur Dramatic Youth Society. We are based in a village in East Sussex UK called Newick. We are all aged between 13 and 18.
We perform shows once a year during the summer in the village hall, we also take part in NADS productions (the adult section, who we are a section of) for example The Wizard of Oz, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and at Christmas some of us appeared in Jane Eyre.
We started in 2005 with a production in the Reading Room, The was 'After Midnight before Dawn, and The Life of Hercules-Page 1'
In 2006 we performed 'Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of the Baskervilles'
And most recently we performed 'The Three Musketeers'.

- We also have a section who produce puppetry productions, they produced a sequence for Wizard of Oz, and the production of 'A Little Tin Soldier' directed by Amber Bailey

'Drama Queens'

Guys i would just like to congratulate you all on jane eyre so far. You all brilliant.
Also any NADYS not in the show please come and watch and support the others. It really is worthwhile cos they have all put in lots of effort.
The audiences love it and so did the NODA man!!

Okay two things. Unfortunately for certain people the photos are legal
they technically belong to the photographer and have nothing to do with us (or so I hear) And make sure you check that mail you sent out using lists about masqueradage! And never use lists again! It doesn't show up in the inbox for some reason....

yer we have swordfighting, moving statues, love, a rave, anger, deceit, treachery, betrayal and forgiveness! SO YEAH!

Also! Strangeface Theatre Company are going to perform 'The Last Resort' at UCTC drama studio, £3, on 15th April, i will give out more details nearer time, but i did work experience with them and they are brilliant. You Should Come.
ANNA KARENINA!
I'm gonna be performing this (and directing, and costume, and lighting - basically it's a one man show, with extras!) for my exam, and I need an audience!!! It's probably gonna be on the 2nd or 3rd of May, and I will be disappointed if I don't see everyone there!!!
And how many other oppurtunities do you get to see a NADYS member have expressionistic sex on stage?
