We're Ava Ria.
Four lads that were hangin around together with a few years some of us since we were around five
Paul O Shea- drums/vocals
Andy Conolly- lead guitar
Ishmale- bass/ vocals
Mícheál De Grás- guitar/vocals
then we'll be usin the odd instrument we'll see what happens.
We like to mix a few styles together I suppose fusion would be the best word. generally rock based, plenty grunge and metal influences thrown in, and we have lately been leaning towards traditional Irish music too, its about to get interestin!
We've been gigging for a year and a half now, we've been getting some good reaction all over the place, and have had the oppertunity to play with some great bands.Actually havin some laugh!
We recorded a demo a couple months ago with a friend, Ciaran Culhane.the songs can be heard on this page.
We're currenlty plannin gigs for next year and a few new songs.Keep an eye out
Drink Bavaria!

The latest
Right well first of all thanks a million to Evan Hayes who covered for Squishmale in Dolans and fair play for learnin the stuff in 24 hours, less probably!
We played Dolans anyway, was meant to be a battle of the bands, unfortunately there were no judges! lets just say it wasnt the best organised gig ever. So the sound man took it upon him to be the judge.
And according to him, we won! Bit of a tainted victory but a victory nonetheless! Alas no judges means no feckin prizes, tryin to find out the story with it now.
in other news we have two gigs in Bakers a week apart, firstly our first headlinin gig in Limerick next thursday 2nd april and again the next week on the 9th supportin Laois band Tranzend.
Thats bout it really. see yis soon!
