What a great performance today. Were up to 5th as Liverpool only drew with Blackburn. Hopefully Spurs will drop points tomorrow against Everton as well.

Richard Dunne is the new Martin Laursen. His third goal of the season today. What a goal from James Milner, 35-yards I think. John Carew got his fourth of the season and it was a good penalty.

Martin O'Neill played Milner in the centre today. He played well but my Villa midfield would be Milner and Stewart Downing on the wings, Ashley Young in his preferred free-role playing off the strikers and Stiliyan Petrov in defensive-midfield as the sixpence. Anyone agree?

Also, I just found out that the first-leg of Villa v Blackburn is on SKY with the second leg on BBC for anyone who can't get to one or both.
