- Me, Myself, and I
- MOLA consists of four musicians who joined forces to re-engender a desire to captivate with the music not the hype. Each member brings a desire to play from the soul, this combined with honed talent and dogged determination allows for an exciting result.
While the EP captures their rich melodic sound, it is only during a live performance that the true strength of the songs, and band, really becomes apparent. They deliver an electric performance with unadulterated passion, which resonates to a time before music videos.
Although notably inspired by 60's/70's rock bands, their sound is truly a mixing pot of the myriad of interests of each member. Their goal is to rekindle the sensation of rock concerts being akin to spiritual experiences, to forget egocentricity and cultivate a forum of personal freedom, to bury our jaded notion of rock and bring it back to the core.

MOLA Debut single out this Friday 9th Nov!
Hey all,
Our debut single " Digging That Hole" is released this Friday 9th Nov.
It will be a double A-side with "Melody Bleeds".
They will be available from www.downloadmusic.ie and www.outersounds.ie priced a paltry 99 cent each.
Both tracks are taken from the album "One Year in the Asylum" which will be released in early Dec and has some killer artwork done by 60's popart guru Bob Masse.

Hi we are currently involved in the Arklow arts festival this year and they are holding a compition like a battle of the bands for singer/songwriters and the like and the winner will recieve 3 days in Hillside Recording studios. This is a great chance for young and up and comming bands to get a break.
