Yeh I go to scottish slimmers in Condorrat Social Club on a Monday night.

I am pleased but I still ahve about 4 stone to go. I have ballooned so much since school and I haven't even had any kids to blame!

Hi Clair, im keeping ok huni apart from pelvis probs. had it realigned yest at physio...my only complaint so far. hard going coz i work in nursery. finish in 5wks and due in 11! so fast! hows u and ur wee 1? x

just been doing the weight watchers, no exercise as yet. def feeling better though. think im gonna start aqua aerobics so i can tone up. the joys !!! you should come along its a good wee class, its a wed night at 6.30.

diet is doing ok, ive lost 1.5 stone so only another 1.5 to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! motivation is fading fast.

1.5 is still good, its a long process but it will be worth it.

never did anything at the weekend, just chilled out. ive got a hectic one this weekend so was glad to stay in (save money !!)
