This is day 3 w/nasty headache. I love migranes. Not. maxalt to the rescue. Also quite sad that my gramma isn't doing well.

Today has to be one of the most windy days I've seen in a long time. I had to rescue Grace at about 3:30 this morning from her room, she was screaming loudly. I opened the door of her bedroom and she jumped up on me like a barnacle. I carried her up the stairs and set her in bed, and she was asleep in just a few minutes. Grace is a fantastic snuggler, where Thea is a fantastic kicker. I awoke this morning to a sick Thea - horrible horrible asthma issues. Not really surprising with the humid weather we've had along with the great wind gusts blowing the air junk around. Lots of things on my mind as of late, the least of which is finishing up my housing remodel. I have to take a look at a variety of kinds of no maintenance woods for our deck. We figure if we're going to spend the money on the deck we might as well spend enough so its something we can easily take care of. The tile, the paint, the flooring, the decking, new appliances, and decorating is all thats left. Thankfully the biggest items that needed to be done are done and the next few things can go by lickety split.... at least that is my hope. As of late friends of mine are going through some horrible times. I wish I had a magic wand. My thoughts have been with them as of late, wishing they didn't have to go through what they are currently going through. I've seen a quote that says "God gives us only how much we can handle, its too bad he trusts me so much." I think that pretty much sums up the situations. As we get older we all have to go through these times, and thankfully we have each other along the way. The big plan today is getting Thea and Grace off to their dance pictures. I am kind of dreading it because there is a huge gap between when Grace has her pictures taken and when Thea has her pictures taken. Go figure right? I usually am pretty excited for picture day because I love getting them back. This time its a little frightening because its so hot, and the big time gap between pictures. Wish me luck - cause I am going to sure need it!
