It was a schoolboy prank saying - for little or no reason you would give one another a deid arm and use the phrase which somehow meant you couldn't get one back?

Dunno where the sixers bit came into it tho! We also had a similar one where if a mini drove past you could also lamp whoever was near you and say "mini-punch no return" and again that meant they couldn't punch you back!

Just an excuse for bored casual violence I think!!!
