    Its time for a youth group ball...

    Race to your nearest op-shop (or parents cupboard) for old school gear. Grab some friends and join us for an awesome night of krunking to Lt. Funk...

    Saturday the 10th of October (last Sat of school holidays) @ North West Baptist Church, 67 Hobsonville Road from 7.30-11pm sharp. doors open @ 7.15.

    only $15 or $20 for door sale. to get tickets see Rebekah Robinson at Massey Hight (outside T-block on the stairs at morning tea and lunch) Chris Haines if your at Westlake, Mrs Davidson at St Dominics or get one from Sarah Davidson at youth group or church. If none of these apply leave a comment and we will figure something out :)

    Xtend 09!!! How did you find it? Highlights? lowlights? Thoughts on Xtend 09? What amazing stuff did god work though in you? How did Xtend affect you? What do you want to remember and put into place that you got from xtend? would you recommend it to others?? (just some questions to think about..not stick to)

    This is a space to reflect, discuss, encourage, share, and just write about nething and everything that happened at Xtend..Consider it a blank canvas, do to it what you wish.       Stars Party is an alternative for Halloween for all children. All the West Auckland churchs band together and provide a free fun-filled afternoon/evening for children and parents instead of trickle treating. This is an awesome outreach oppurtunity..

      For this kind of event to take place Raewyn needs lots of helpers!! So...get to church and put you name down to do something..maybe facepainting,making ballon animals,welcoming,providing wrapped lollies, etc etc OR contact Raewyn either by speaking to her at youth this week,at church or contact her on her cell: 0273049646 or home phone: 4167974.

      The lowdown on the garage sale..

      Its this saturday!
      For those of you who wanna help itd be much appreciated..
      I need baking to sale (cakes and biscuits etc.) so if anyone can bring something along thatd be rad ;)

      also, We will be pricing items in the small hall on friday night.

      The main thing i need help with though, is things to sell so rumage around and try to find things you dont want anymore. They will be stored in the basement in the office at church

      I think you are right Becka :) Although Alice Davidson (Joy, Amy & Sarah's mum) is organising one to Africa I think for next year to go to Zimbabwe and stuff. I think it will be more adults on that trip but should be a great experience. Otherwise Sarah you could look into doing a Tranzsend trip :)
