Note: This is going to be a complaining blog with pretty opinionative views. But, this is really important and many fans ought to know and do something about it.

As you may or may not know, over the weekend the paps have really gone over-board by taken downright intrusive photo’s of Rob. I’m not going to post them, I don’t really want to see them to be honest.

As a result many of the fans have decided to take action.

Basically, we’ve had enough.

You may be thinking “Why has she dedicated a whole blog to Rob? I mean, come on, he’s a celebrity, and he has to deal with it.” But, I really feel strongly about this. This blog is not only dedicated to Rob, but to all celebrities who’ve had their lives pretty much destroyed by the paps. Yes, they are celebrities but it doesn’t mean they don’t deserve respect! The paps just go way to far and as my mum and I agreed: they don’t know when enough is enough. I think that we should take a stand as fans and say “This is where the line is drawn, don’t ruin another persons life.”

Many things have been suggested to show the paps that we will not stand for what has been done. I like the idea that we just stop buying magazines all together. But, that’s just me. Maybe we could do something to show our support for Rob (in this instance) on this site? I think the most we can do, is-if you’re on twitter-not to tweet about locations where Rob is if you see him. Whatever we do, we have to show him and the entire cast that he is highly respected and we are truly appalled by what the paps do and keep doing to him and the rest of the cast.

Even if you don’t like Rob, wouldn’t you agree we have to do something? I mean, if we don’t then what will the rest of the cast think of us? I don’t usually care what people think about me, but I don’t want people who actually inspire me to hate the fandom that I belong to. Would you?

Seriously, we have to stop the paps. They’re out of control.

Thinking of Rob came up with the slogan “He doesn’t want this and neither do we.” They have gained over 500 photos of fans across the world posing with their hands covering their faces, to symbolise the “we don’t want this” part of the slogan. Also, they have made videos about how Rob is just a man and a human. To view all of this visit:

They have managed to do all of this in just one day, which personally, I feel is a triumph. It shows that fans DO care about the cast and hate for them to be exploited like this.

I do hope that Rob notices how much we care about his well-being. It’s not fair on him to be treated like this. He’s human. Maybe a totally amazing human, but he’s human! I don’t know how he deals with all this stress, if it were me, I’d break down. I’m surprised he hasn’t, actually!!

As you can see I feel pretty strongly about this.

But, as I’ve said a million times in this short blog, we have to do something! It’s just NOT RIGHT!!

For me, I’m going to stop buying magazines, stop watching E!News and just RESPECT RPATTZ and every other celeb there is. It’s just wrong and inhuman to do this to them.

What are you gonna do? What shall we do?

Enough is enough. The fans are angry and I bet Rob is too.

First of all, i should probably warn you that what with my wordiness and the awesomeness of New Moon, this is going to be a REALLY long blog....! I would also like to apologise if some of my review is wierdly analytical, i've just finished writing an English essay analysing Adrienne Rich's poetry...

Now that's dealt with....... I know it's a little late, but here's my initial reaction to New Moon:

There is only one word to describe the New Moon movie, and that is perfect.
I went to see it for the third time yesterday, and it's still as amazing as ever

The first time i went to see it, on the friday night, i went to a pretty big theatre. I wasn't really sure what to expect in terms of queues, considering for the entire opening weekend of Twilight the place was practically empty, although i knew that the screening of New Moon i was going to had been sold out for a week, but my friends and i turned up about an hour early to check it out and pick up our tickets. There didn't seem to be any sign of a queue so we went off to Tesco's to buy sweets, but when we came back 10 minutes later the queue was out the door of the cinema - and this wasn't a small cinema! We ended up being about half way down the queue, because even though it was already long, loads of people still kept coming behind us! We still ended up having to sit really close the screen, though (only 3 rows away!), largely because we had to find 5 seats in a row! lol (note to self: go with less friends for Eclipse!) Then again, it was kind of fun being that close - i could see Kristen's contact lenses! haha The atmosphere was amazing, though, with the whole place packed full of rabid excited Twilighters - definitely fun!
The second time i went, on the Sunday, was a smaller theatre, but still pretty full. Unfortunately, a lot of the people there were pretty immature, and a lot of them laughed at the emotional scenes...
The last time i went to see it, yesterday, was also pretty fun, as i think a lot of the people there hadn't read the books - it was funny to hear their reactions to all the 'surprises', and hilarious to see them all fall for what i call 'the Jacob trick' and have mini twigasms every time he appeared shirtless...! (I call this The Jacob Trick, because they're won over by Taylor's awesome abs (alliteration.... check!), but they haven't read the books so they don't really know the full extent of Edward's amazingness..... )

So now, on to the actual movie!

Warning: This is where the actual spoilers begin!!

The opening credits = AWESOME. I really liked the eerie way Chris Weitz did this, and when i saw it the first time, you could seriously cut the tension in the room with a knife. Major brownie points there, Chris.

I love that they put the Romeo & Juliet quote at the beginning, just like it is in the book. It made it really real for me (so *hint, hint* David Slade!)

I think the way they did Bella's dream at the start was really good - i had been wondering how they could pull it off without making it look cheesy, but i really loved the way it turned out (also loved the improvements of prettiness to the meadow!)

Vamp-sparkle = well, better than Twilight... haha. Doesn't look like sweat or frost anymore, but it's still not 'perfect'. I don't understand why they have to make it 'shine' out from him in 'rays' like that, it doesn't make any sense. And while it wasn't as obvious as Twilight, they still added a jingling sound to the sparkle - since when does sparkle come with sound effects?!

Skipping on a bit, i just have to say once again that i love, love, LOVE Kellan Lutz as Emmett - Emmett in the birthday scene ("Dating an older woman.... Hot!" & *grins e

NEW MOON WAS AMAZING!! Wanna see it again and again and again, but sadly I don’t have any money, my mum won’t let me go by myself and my mum wants to wait a couple of weeks so the crowds die down! Yeah, that’s sooo gonna happen!! Lol

According this guy on twitter (I know that doesn’t sound very reliable, but fan-sites are relying on him, soo…) these are the latest statistics on how well New Moon did and Twilighters, twi-hards, whatever you want to call yourself …we have done an excellent job!
