I'm finding it more and more difficult to do the things I want to do on a group page, so I have created an "Every Voice Counts" bebo site. There is a lot more going on, and a lot more you can be involved in.

Minutes from meeting 6th Sept
• Kimberley explained what Involvement was and the aims of the working group.
• We discussed the name of the Group, we decided by a majority decision that it was to be called “Every Voice Counts”.
• We discussed the Agenda for the meeting with Roars Not Whispers and decided that we would need to make a few changes to the plans to make the Partnership event work. These issues were to be discussed in the next meeting with Roars Not Whispers. Andy highlighted that The Waterfront may be too big and was concerned that for a first time event we would not fill it. We agreed that The West Port Bar or The Cliffburn would be better venue’s for this. This will be put forward at the next meeting with Roars Not Whispers.
• We had a discussion about idea’s to put forward to name the Event. So far no one has any idea’s. This discussion will be highlighted at the next meeting.

3pm: Working Group Meeting with Adrian McClaughlin, Service Manager for Angus Community Mental Health Service Team.

Scotcampus Freshers' Festival
Come along to the Scotcampus Freshers Festival at the SECC on Friday 28th September (10am - 6pm) and Saturday 29th September (10am - 4pm). We will be in Hall 2! All students welcome...0 odpowiedzi 118 tygodni
Get up close and personal with some of Scotland's biggest musical acts, whether it is CD signings or intimate DJ sets. And if music is not your thing, we still have plenty on offer including t-shirt printing, body art, free health and beauty treatments, tarot and palm readings and even a roller disco!
Model scouts, from top Scottish agency Superior Model Management, will be on hand to ensure that any lookers will be snapped-up for a fabulous new modelling career. While, to keep energy levels soaring, visitors will be treated to tasty nibbles and refreshments from a selection of food and drink stalls - including sandwich, smoothie and sushi bars - and free pizza from Dominos. All this and 50+ exhibitors offering advice, information and freebies!

Just wanted to say "Hullo There!" and introduce myself... My name is Andrea and I am the development officer for Augment's ACE Project.
Basically it's my job to develop further education, training and employment links and opportunities for ACE's members to access, as well as the fun stuff like social groups and activities(in a nutshell!!).
Like Donna, our project manager, I am now (most devastatingly) not classed as a "young" person so will leave you all to do with this what you will (Huge well done so far BTW!), although if you are interested in what we do - give Kimberley a shout and she'll pass on the message!

I agree with that wholeheartedly! I am so passionate about wanting this to work, and I am really glad there are other people out there just as passionate as me. We need a collective voice, and we need it now!
