About Me

Me, Myself, and I
Fireland are a twin lead guitar heavy metal band, drawing on all the influences of over thirty years of heavy metal. Based in Northern Ireland, the band will not let their location on the outskirts of Europe stand in the way of bringing their own brand of riff-based, powerful and melodic metal to the rest of the continent.

The band was formed in the summer of 2003, and features members with a rich musical pedigree, having played with Irish metal favourites, Riff Master General, Ahriman and PHM, to name but a few.

To date, the band has played with metal legends such as DragonForce, Blitzkrieg and Jeff Scott Soto. In previous bands, members have toured with Kreator and played alongside Blaze, Doro, Rose Tattoo and Girlschool.

Fireland are currently recording their first full length album, at Einstein Studios in Antrim and are continuing to play gigs in the UK & Ireland, with trips to the continent high on the agenda.

      We got a few new gigs posted up on the website if anyones interested. Most notably a gig with Blitzkrieg! New pics will also be put up real soon from a recent shoot as the current ones are well....crap! lol The albums coming along well. I think the aim is for a late July/August release. The songs from the sampler cd you have are all re-recorded along with a load more tunes so hopefully they'll get your noggins noddin! :)

All the people on this page at the minute saw you guys playing with dragonforce in mandella hall in Nov 06 and it was awesome! any news on the album? is it out yet? ive still got your album sampler you gave out that day:L yeo!
