      I'm v good just now. doing the whole loosing weight thing again - down 51lbs just now since January. It has slowed down to an exasperating rate! going to gym 3 times a week usually but its not helping to get the flubber off! hopefully i'm gaining muscle and losing fat!!! as long as I don't lose faith in myself I should be okay!!

      Hows the back? all healed now? heard you had some trouble with the healing of it!
