About us..

We started out in late 2004 and are based around Surrey/Sussex. Over the last few years we have done some tours around the UK including shows with bands such as MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE and TRASHLIGHT VISION and have played with other cool bands such as MCQUEEN and REUBEN.

We have sold out of our debut (self funded) single “The Fall” (Casket/Copro Records) and our second single "Reach Out". If you wanna grab a CD, you can pick up a copy of our mini album "Medicine for the Melancholic" at either www.insofar.co.uk or www.notonyourradio.com...

We are now getting ready to head out on tour next week and then again in March/April as main support to Young Heart Attack.

    • Back from tour...

      What a crazy couple off weeks we have just had...

      There has been blood, sweat, tears, Jagermeister, tattoo's, lap dances, van break ins (x2), gear stolen, some AMAZING shows, met some cool people, travelled all over the UK, caught up with some old friends and played with some great bands.

      The new songs have been going down a storm, so for now, we are going to be spending some time writing, recording for the next release.

      Expect the odd show here and there and maybe a short UK tour in the summer.

      News, news and more news:

      Its been a while since the last newsletter and we have had a lot going
      on. Firstly, we had an amazing tour in Feb and would like to say thanks to
      everyone who put us up, booked us and helped us in any way - you know who
      you are. We have some crazy, insane, stupid and drunkan video footage too
      which you can check out at www.myspace.com/isf and www.youtube.com/insofar.

      We also need to say a HUGE thank you to Pete who stepped in at the last
      minute to play bass for us - Pete we love you!!!.

      Following on from that, we would like to introduce you all to the
      newest member of the isf family, Matt who has taken over on bass duties.
      The songs are gonna get a lot dirtier now and we have some new ones on the
      way which we hope to get up for download soon.
