  • I wrote this poem when my aunt died and nobody has ever read it, i miss her so much xxx

    There where times when I use to cry,
    Just pass people, & smile but sigh,
    Never knew why just wanted to die,
    Just close my eyes and say goodbye,

    Then one day you came up to me jo,
    And took my hand and said I know,
    You smile at me while held my hand,
    I knew just then you understand,

    You stayed awhile and talked and laughed,
    To let me know my troubles halfed,
    But then came time for you to leave,
    Wasn’t long after I was left to grieve,

    You left us jo so tragically,
    Left us wondering how could it be,
    Our beautiful aunt who’d stop to listen,
    But looking at you your soul was missing,

    I look up to the daylight sky,
    And see a bird soaring high,
    But I know I’ve not to cry,
    It’s just you jo saying high,

    Although your gone and out of sight,
    I know your up there taking flight,
    Allowing the whole world to see,
    That you are flying high and free,

    Then came a night when I seen you jo,
    Not in the flesh that I know,
    You were in my dream where you smiled u see,
    And said don’t be sad don’t cry for me,


    From that night onwards I knew Josie,
    That you where still there looking out for me,
    And I just want you to know Josie,
    How much u have done for me,

    So I’ll end this now jo by saying thank you,
    And hope that you just only knew,
    How much help you have giving me,
    My world, my love, my aunt Josie. x x x x x
