Flicker was formed late November 2005 by Shelley Booth and Attila Hegedus. Shelley and Attila both had backgrounds as singer/songwriters and were writing independently of each other for many years. The pair met each other whilst performing and decided to combine their talents. This led to successful collaborations between the two and also ensured a vast catalogue of material consisting of some 80 original songs. Currently the two are involved in pre-production for a future album release while also doing live shows, which have included corporate and private gigs, along with cultural festivals and pubs. Flicker consists of Shelley Booth on lead vocals and Attila Hegedus on backing vocals and acoustic guitar. The style of music ranges from acoustic pop with catchy hooks to a more relaxed Lounge Atmosphere with Folk undertones.

  • Hi to all!

    Hello...Well this is Flicker's bebo site. I have put up a few tracks for you to have a listen to. Let me know what you think...
    "Daze" and "Superman" was written and sung by me (Shelley Booth) while the instrumentation was arranged by Attila Hegedus. "Isn't it over?" was written by Miranda Csaplar and me and is still in basic demo form. Miranda is singing main vocals and I am singing backing. "With You" was written by Attila Hegedus and all the instrumentation is played by him with me singing all vocals.

    Keep checking the site out as i will change the songs every so often...(as soon as new songs are recorded), so you will be the first to hear them!
