The Land of Lillydale is ordered by Lady Lillian. In this nation, only those who make large donations to the government are allowed the right to vote. Technology is at the forefront of scientific research and the nation flourishes with superior communication and means of production. Health care is available to any citizen whose personal insurance is accepted by the medical community.

Crime is held at bay with the allowance for jailers to sporadically beat, torture and execute inmates who are considered 'problem cases'. This nation has a growing military force, though the majority of its ranks are devoted to a marching band which plays at civic and government functions. Any citizen may practice any religion, but no public policy may be passed solely on the moral obligations of any one religion. All citizens of this country take a mandatory standardized test to evaluate their intelligence, and all those who do not score well enough are deported to other countries.

Huge concerns about the environment have prompted this government to research how humans impact nature and then hire a prominent public figure to exaggerate the information to ensure citizen participation. Corporations are allowed to make decisions outside the control of the government given they pay and 'Independent Practices Tax' and report all dealings to a specified government official for quality assurance purposes, and any freedom which a citizen understands should be available to them is made available once it is forwarded to all known acquaintances and posted in their front lawn for the public to review.
