Concentrate on the exercice and fitness and you will be busting the move before you know it.

"Breakin'it Down" you will also be taught the last Hip-Hop dance routine and energetic moves.

MAKETHATMOVE easy-to-learn style will have dancers of all age and level grooving to the beat. Great for entrainment or just staying in shape...Dance till you drop!

    Colours and scottish & universal newspapers are delighted to launch a search to discover the DJ of the future! The most talented Dj will get to perform at EH1 Music Festival, Ingliston on 15th August 2009, on the same bill as legends such as Carl Cox, Danny Howells, Above & Beyond, Sander Kleinenberg and Frankie Knuckles to name just a few!

    The winner will also receive VIP tickets to EH1 for 10 friends and VIP clubbing for one year to Colours events for them and three friends.
