- We are an orginal 5 peice metal band from Christchurch. Our style is a distinctive metal with random melodies thrown in to mix it up.
with a full demo of originals (13 songs so far), some of our song names include, Sinner or saint, Chosen one, Revolution Revelation, shred the flesh. All our songs are athiest based metal and touch alot on religion and war, Bow messiah slowly came about in the early stages of 2007 after Chris (guitar) asked Tim (drums) to come over for a few beers and a jam. The pair quickly developed a unique and pure sound for metal, so they got to work writing songs. into 2008 they gained the fast flowing blood skills of Jason Dodge on the guitar, Steven Mclaughlan on the bone crushing bass and Andrew Hinchly on the pitch deafining vocals. By the end of 2008 and to continue through 2009 and years to come Bow Messiah hopes to introduce New Zealand to a new and super pure heavy metal sound which they are confident will gain them support

Hey guys, thanks to all who helped sort all the crap last nite at our gig, between people being bottled, the place just about being closed down and the constant sound issues from people ripping out leads etc, we will be asking all our fans/ mates to help mellow things down a little in the future so that we can all enjoy continuing to play gigs at Al's, we are very dissapointed with the whole nite but thanks again to all that showed your support, hope things will get better from here on in, cheers
