Hadn't 4gotten bout the recipe request on Sat there lol! Aye egg fried rice with port n soy sauce is amazing! U don't want it 2 soggy so just a couple of glugs at the most. N as 4 the gd old chinese recipes I find the best n easiest recipies r in an australian "women's weekly" cook book, they have them for every kind of food fad u can imagine. The sauce book they do is brilliant. They don't cost much either, specially if u go on amazon.co.uk. Fast n easy cooking that tastes like u spent hours on it. Let me know how u find it, any wee cooking experiments n tips r gd in my eyes. Lol! Uz were great on Sat nite guys. Gd on uz!
